Hi Everyone,

You have already received individual detailed updates on the Estate’s current security and planning positions. Below we report on a few remaining short points of interest from our December 2022 Board meeting. We hope it’s helpful.

Drains and Roads (Paul Vasili & Tom Grimshaw)

A road sweep of the Estate will take place on Saturday 17th December from 8am. As usual, to get the best results from the sweep, please could all residents ensure their cars and wheelie bins are off the roads.

Finances (Rebecca Mayhew)

So far 62 annual contributions (of 206) have been received. If you have not yet paid, please could we request that you do so promptly as payment is due by 31 December 2022.

Social Committee

Thank you to all those who braved the freezing weather and joined us for a glass of mulled wine and some Christmas carols on Saturday evening. We believe approximately 80 people attended the event. It was lovely to see everyone enjoying the festive season together and we collected 2 trollies full of donations for Cobham’s Food Bank, who were delighted.
