About OWRA

The Oxshott Way Residents Association Ltd., or 'OWRA', is the owner of the Estate roads, verges, common areas and infrastructure. The shares of OWRA are held by the owners of the properties on the Estate - one share each. The Board of OWRA is elected by the owners to represent all of their interests and those who carry out this work are unpaid, volunteer owners.

OWRA’s Mission Statement

To maintain and enhance the character and beauty of the Estate, making it a very desirable place to live.

Objectives:

The key objectives of the Oxshott Way Residents Association are;

1.    To represent the residents of the Estate.  Understand their key priorities for the Estate and act on them

2.    To foster a community spirit and make the Estate a pleasant place to live

3.    To maintain the trees and verges and thereby the beauty of the Estate

4.    To create as safe an environment as possible within the Estate

5.    To manage a practical development management process and work with residents, developers and Elmbridge Borough Council to maintain the Estate aesthetic

6.    To maintain the Estate infrastructure in good order
